College scandals have been around forever. The scandals at the high school level aren't so nasty, but prep sports aren't immune to rules violations. That's among the subjects that’ll be discussed at a Kitsap Athletic Roundtable meeting on March 27 at the Cloverleaf Sports Bar & Grill.
